This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of appointments with 5000770 Ontario Inc, doing business as “Prime Appliance Repairs” (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by this Policy. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this Policy prior to making an appointment.
1. APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION
All appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
It is your responsibility to receive confirmation of the cancellation, including the date and time of cancellation.
If you need to cancel an appointment after our business hours, please leave a detailed message including your name, address, and the scheduled appointment time.
For appointments booked on the same day, the minimum cancellation time is 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a cancellation fee.
2. CANCELLATION FEES
If an appointment is cancelled within the specified time frame, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If an appointment is cancelled outside of the specified time frame, the following cancellation fees will apply:
For electrical appliances: $99 + HST
For gas appliances: $129 + HST
The cancellation fee will be invoiced and payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
