With recent reports of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), there is no higher priority to our company than the safety of our customers, our technicians and their families.­

As an appliance repair company, we have a critical role to continue servicing and installing the home appliances that Canadians need during these tough times, while staying safe at home. Prime Appliance is following strict COVID-19 prevention protocol and recommendations for every service call. Our technicians are required to wear PPE gear, sanitize tools, as well as minimize contact with customers, while keeping a safe distance. We follow up with every technician to make sure that they are healthy and have not been exposed to COVID-19 prior to visiting any of our customers homes. In addition, we will ask questions about your exposure to COVID-19 or symptoms before you schedule a service.
